Statues on fire (BRA) – on tour in October 2016

Andre Alves and lalo played in the Nitrominds, a Hardcore Punk Rock Band from Santo Andre, São Paulo, Brazil for 18 years.
Andre also formed a side-project with Derrick Green of Sepultura, in 2008, named Musica Diablo.

In October 2012 Statues on fire was founded, lalo, ex-Nitrominds, was in the new band and Alex from Kacttus on drums. In 2013 they released their debut album called “ Phoenix” which was released in March 2014 on Vinyl via Rookie Records (Köln, Ger). In Brazil the “Phoenix” was elected the best album of the year and they hit the road in Europe on a 3 weeks tour in Germany, Austria, Holland, Cz and Belgium.
In September 2015 the band got in the studio once again to record the new album “No Tomorrow”, with the same producers from their debut album, Marcello Pompeu and Heros Trench. The new album was released in August 2016 by Rookie Records in Germany.
And now the band is back in Europe. Watch out and dont miss this fantastic liveband!
