POWERSOLO is Kim Kix (Heavy Trash), Mike Sullivan (The Hall Monitors) and Charlie Shapiro (Nive & The Deer Children). The band formed in 1996 in Aarhus, has released ten studio albums, a film score and a myriad of singles and videos throughout the band’s almost thirty years of existence.
Powersolos sound describes as “Donkey Punk”, is characterized by an often hectic and fast-paced mix of garage, punk, psychobilly, surf and world music. This pathos leans heavily on a psychedelic blues-based rock sound, which is often recorded with what one might call utilitarian, obscure or often primitive instruments and technology. And they are back touring Germany end of January! Get ready for a crazy show with this wonderful live band!

Another year has almost passed. 2024 is history in just a few days. We all got a little older, maybe lazier and perhaps a bit wiser, but one thing is for sure, we still know how to rocknroll. And we would like to thank all of you for the support and love in the name of live music, thanks to all the bands that have been working with and trusting us, the promoters who worked their asses off, the peeps who went to see all the shows we booked! You are all awesome! Thanks to everybody that keeps the spirit of rocknroll alive!

Blues is the teacher. Punk is the Preacher. It’s all about emotion and energy. Experience and raw talent, spirit and intellect. Exciting things happen when these things collide.
Bob Vennum and Lisa Kekaula made The BellRays happen in 1990 in Riverside, California. They wanted to play music and they wanted it to feel good. They wanted people to WANT to get up, to NEED to get up and check out what was going on. Form an opinion. React.
So they took everything they knew about; the Beatles, Stevie Wonder, the Who, the Ramones Billie Holiday, Lou Rawls, Hank Williams, the DB’s, Jimmy Reed, and Led Zeppelin (to name a very few to whom “BLUES IS THE TEACHER”) and pressed it into service.
Those bands and artists have since become “buzz words”, things to imitate and sound like. That was never The BellRays intention. The BellRays were never about coming up with a “sound”, or fitting in with a scene. It was about the energy that made all that music so irresistible. The BellRays’ influences learned from the Blues and then learned how to to make it their own. The Beatles wanted to play R&B, converted that energy and invented “Rubber Soul”. The Ramones were trying to be Del Shannon or Neil Sedaka and out came “Rocket to Russia”.
Their new and 15th album „Heavy steady go“ got released on the 30th of August 2024.

In contrast to many other rock bands, Guitar Wolf is truly living the Rock’n Roll lifestyle like no one has ever done before and you can hear that in their songs: Sweat, blood, tears and unfiltered pure energy result in wild and destructive Rock’n Roll anthems! But Rock’n Roll is still not enough for a band like Guitar Wolf and so they launched a whole new genre called „Jet Rock’n Roll“ which depicts best the wild mixture of Punk, Rock and Noise!

Pointed Sticks from Vancouver, Canada are an instant hit for pop music punks and fans all over the world.
